Alcohol from chokeberry for alcohol is intended to be added to tea. Most often prescribed for hypertension from pressure, as it helps to lower it. To create it, you need the following components:

  • berries - 2.5 cups,
  • diluted alcohol (40-50 degrees) - 1 liter,
  • liquid honey - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • oak bark - 1 pinch.

  1. Pour the prepared fruit into a glass container.
  2. Add honey and bark. Mix.
  3. Fill with an alcohol base.
  4. Remove for fermentation in a cool, dark place for 90 days.
  5. Shake the container once a week (the last 7 days of fermentation are an exception).

To create tinctures on aronia, you need:

  • rowan fruits - one 3-liter jar, almost full to the top,
  • moonshine (45-50 degrees) - 2.5 liters.

  1. Pour the fruit into a 3 liter jar so that 4-5 cm remain to the top edge.
  2. Pour moonshine so that the berries are completely covered, and up to the top there is a space of 3-5 cm.
  3. Clog tightly or roll up the container.
  4. We remove for fermentation in a dark warm place for 90 days.

  • fruits - 3 parts,
  • granulated sugar - 1 part.

Cooking is as follows:

  1. The fruits must be chopped in a blender to a homogeneous mass. You can’t wash them beforehand, because wild yeast is on the peel, which helps in the fermentation process.
  2. The resulting liquid should be placed in a glass container, add sand and mix.
  3. It is required to cover the jar with gauze and put in a dark place at a temperature of 20-25 degrees. Mix the composition with a wooden spoon every day to prevent the appearance of vinegar on top.
  4. When the first signs of fermentation appear - foam, hissing, smell, it is necessary to replace the gauze with a water seal or rubber glove with a small hole. Usually the composition begins to ferment for 3-4 days.
  5. Within 30-50 days, the mass will finish the fermentation. You can find out exactly by the hydraulic lock - it will stop passing bubbles, or the glove will deflate. Filter the composition through a gauze cloth folded in 3-4 layers.
  6. Pour alcohol into containers of glass, cork well and remove to insist in a cold and dark place for 2 months. A drink according to this recipe is obtained with a strength of 10-12 degrees.

Citrus Flavor

To prepare a drink with citruses at home, the recipe includes the following components:

  • 2 kg of berries of black mountain ash,
  • 1.5 liters of vodka
  • 400 lemons
  • 400 ml of water
  • granulated sugar (optional).

The fruits of mountain ash must be crushed, add the rest of the ingredients to them. Pour the mass into a glass jar, cover with gauze and put in a dry place without light for 90 days. Once every 3-4 days, you need to mix the composition. When the fermentation is over, the drink is filtered, poured into bottles and aged for another 90 days in the cold.

Rowan tincture with lemon on alcohol

A rather unusual taste is acquired by tincture when using lemon. Mountain ash should be prepared in the same way as in the previous case. Put the berries in a jar almost to the brim, pour a glass of water, 500 milliliters of diluted alcohol (40-50%), juice from three lemons and pour 200 grams of sugar.

Close the jar and place in a dark, preferably cool place. Insist thirty days.
