Observing it is quite simple, all you need to do is drink a glass of vinegar water every morning on an empty stomach. In 200 ml of warm water, place a tablespoon of vinegar and drink it in slow sips. After 20-30 minutes, go to breakfast. Do this procedure every morning, but watch your well-being: no discomfort should arise. Otherwise, stop taking it.
The second version of the diet is more cardinal than the first. It lasts 3 days, but the result is impressive - you can easily get rid of 2-3 kg of excess weight without much effort. This method of losing weight is perfect when you need to lose weight very quickly. The meaning of the diet is that before you have breakfast, lunch or dinner, you need to drink a vinegar solution. - Apple cider vinegar grind. To effectively deal with excess weight and stretch marks, vinegar rubbing should be systematically done. To do this, prepare the solution by mixing a teaspoon of vinegar with 0.5 cups of water. Rub the entire body intensively with this fluid - arms, legs, shoulders, stomach, buttocks, feet. How to choose apple cider vinegar
A natural product is sold only in a glass container, and the glass should be opaque. Only in this case the product will be protected from sunlight. Natural vinegar should have a strength of 3 - 6% (the strength of synthetic table vinegar is 9%).
If the label says: "Acetic acid 9%, dye, flavoring ..." - the product is synthetic, it does not have all the beneficial properties. A natural remedy often has a slight sediment.

Apple cider vinegar is a powerful remedy. If used incorrectly, it can cause harm to the body, provoking:
- severe burns of the mucous membranes and skin,
- stomach pains
- the development of gastroparesis,
- frequent urination
- severe allergic reaction,
- leaching potassium from tissues,
- exacerbation of chronic gastric diseases,
- formation of erosion of tooth enamel.
The most dangerous consequence of the misuse of acetic acid is the development of renal failure.
From apple juice
For good fermentation you will need sweet fruits, so buy apples of the Red, Fushi, American, and the like varieties. No need to add sugar, since the fructose contained in apple juice itself has a sweet taste and promotes efficient fermentation. Take a few simple steps:
- Rinse apples, cut into slices, put in a bowl or pan and leave to lie for 30-40 minutes,

It is forbidden to lose weight using apple cider vinegar in the presence of the following diseases and conditions:
- stomach ulcer
- violation of the pancreas,
- severe liver disease
- breastfeeding period,
- children and adolescents.
Vinegar cannot be used simultaneously with diabetic and diuretics.

When the time runs out, rinse off the rest of the solution with plain water or rub into the skin. Do a wrap or rubbing with vinegar at least 2-3 times a week, and leg veins will stand out less.
For rinsing hair
To give your hair shine and keep your scalp clean for as long as possible, use vinegar rinses. Add the herbal collection to the liquid, then its value will increase significantly. Steam the mixture in a thermos:
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 30 g of chamomile,
- a glass of boiling water.
Allow the mixture to brew for at least an hour, then filter and rinse the already clean wet hair washed with shampoo.
If you like to do cosmetic masks, add a tablespoon of diluted acetic acid and the same amount of melted honey as an ingredient. With regular use, you will notice how the problem with falling hair goes away by itself.
Small pimples or a teenage rash periodically appear on your face? A diluted acetic solution will help to cope with such problems. It normalizes the production of sebum, absorbs excess, so the skin becomes dull without shine and acne. Prepare the curd mask, for it you will need:
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- tbsp low fat cottage cheese,
- tbsp cream or sour cream.
Mix all the ingredients to an even homogeneous mass, then distribute it over the face, including the neck and decollete, and leave it to work for 15-20 minutes.
