  6. Carefully remove the hot cake from the baking sheet, separate the foil (paper), quickly grease with the filling and roll up the tube. It will take a few more minutes for the biscuit to soak in the filling, and you can serve it to the table.

It is very important that before preparing a biscuit roll, you should consider the sequence of all actions. Prepare food, oven and filling in advance. If you hesitate, and the cake is cooled, roll up will not work.

Condensed milk based sponge cake cream

Stuffings for confectionery products using condensed milk are always the very best: beloved, delicious, high-calorie. If you just grease something with condensed milk, it will already be delicious. Therefore, cream for sponge cake based on condensed milk is always a win-win option.

A good cream is always obtained from natural products. Its only drawback is that it is melting. Cream-filled rolls are best stored in the refrigerator.

Prescription Cream with Jam

The main trick of sweet pastries with cream and jam is that first spread the cake with jam or jam, and then a layer of cream. If you are not a foodie and prefer simple dishes, then just grease the sponge cake with your favorite jam.


  1. Beat separately half the volume of jam and slightly softened butter,
