Bananas are obtained perfectly in almost any baking, and even more so in a vegetarian casserole from cottage cheese without eggs, because they also take on the functions of egg white. Bananas improve the consistency of casseroles, help maintain structure.

Products:

  • 1 banana
  • 500 g of cottage cheese (average fat content)
  • 2-3 tbsp decoys
  • 3-5 tbsp sugar (can be reduced, because we use a banana)

Cooking in steps:

This light dessert is perfect for breakfast or for a snack, which is convenient to take to school or work. Here there are some more excellent casseroles of apples and cottage cheese, but with eggs.

  • 400 g cottage cheese

Stages of preparation:
